Whether the red marks in the two fuel gauges on the robot body are no longer visible. Confirm the oil gauge marking, if it is transparent and visual, it means that the equipment has not reached the oil change maintenance period, if the mark is blurred or invisible, please contact the original factory for oil change maintenance. 1. It is necessary to confirm that the manipulator is at the home point and that there is no workpiece on the manipulator claw

1. After opening and closing the door, the system will only scan the passive layer according to the grating signal, and will not scan the whole rack.
2. The reset start will scan the entire rack, and the interrupted start will only scan a certain layer of the rack that triggers the grating.

In order to ensure safety, after requesting to open the door, the robot may be loading and unloading CNC or scanning the shelves, and it is necessary to wait for the manipulator to perform the current action and wait for the software to get the door opening signal before allowing the door to be opened.

1. Check whether the rack door has clicked [Close Door], before the system starts, the door is not closed, and the system will fail to start.
2. Check whether the device status (at the device operation page) is all green, if there is a red light, the system will fail to start, and manual processing and confirmation are required.
3. Check if the device is online.
